SIGNAL AND SOUND QUALITY - DOES THE MUSIC/SOUND STOP OR HAVE INTERMITTENT DROPOUTS?

1. Make sure the speaker is turned on.
2. Make sure the volume is turned up on both your phone and the speaker.
3. Make sure the speaker and your phone/device are connected.
4. Make sure the distance between the speaker and your phone/device is within an optimal range for Bluetooth stereo.

If the above points are met, and you still experience connection issues, you can try to resolve the problem by performing a soft reset and possibly deleting the speaker from the device's Bluetooth memory.
