MOST COMMON QUESTIONS - BLUETOOTH CONNECTION FAULTY?

If you experience dropouts in the Bluetooth connection or other problems with your phone, we always recommend trying the following:
- Delete the headphones from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
- Turn off the headphones.
- Restart your phone.
- Optionally, perform a soft reset on your headphones.
- Reconnect your headphones via Bluetooth – this time remember to put them in pairing mode by pressing the power button for approx. 7 seconds.
